In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing billing processes for our clients, ensuring claims are processed accurately and timely. You’ll have the flexibility of working remotely while being an integral part of our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of dental billing, including insurance claims submission, follow-ups, and payment processing.

  • Review and verify patient insurance coverage and benefits.

  • Ensure accurate coding of procedures and services.

  • Manage accounts receivable, including tracking overdue accounts and handling payment collections.

  • Work closely with dental practices to ensure smooth billing operations and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental insurance policies, regulations, and coding procedures.

  • Provide detailed reporting on billing activities, collections, and outstanding balances to practices.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for any billing-related inquiries from clients and patients.
